Marketplace template inspection
Upload a marketplace Excel template and Listify reads its columns, the fields that are required and the values each dropdown accepts. You see the structure before you map anything.
Marketplace catalogues from one product source, not forty columns of copy-paste.
Listify reads each marketplace’s spreadsheet template, maps your product fields to its columns once, and generates the catalogue file from your product data. Teams that list on several marketplaces keep one source instead of one copy per marketplace.

Each capability is traced to the working product. The panel on the right shows a real label from the screen where it appears.
Upload a marketplace Excel template and Listify reads its columns, the fields that are required and the values each dropdown accepts. You see the structure before you map anything.
Map each of your product fields to a marketplace column. The mapping shows which columns are still open, so gaps are visible before a file is generated.
Generate the marketplace-ready CSV from your product data and the saved mapping. The file is built from the same source every time, so it matches the template it was mapped to.
Create a style first, then add its colour and size variants. Authoring happens in Listify or from a sheet, so each product has one record to work from.
Pick a master colour and a size group, and Listify generates the variants instead of typing each one. Barcodes follow the identifier settings you control.
Change many styles or SKUs in one pass rather than one product at a time, for example when a description or an attribute changes across a whole range.
Define as many product attributes as each marketplace asks for. Values can be translated per field, so your wording matches the dropdown values the marketplace accepts.
Attach an image URL to each product or variant, so each record in the generated catalogue file carries its picture reference. Images are attached by URL, one per record.
Set barcode and SKU rules, and choose the marketplace and category for each product. The settings apply to every catalogue file you generate afterwards.
Generate product descriptions in bulk from attributes where an AI endpoint is configured. Drafts are for review before use, and the feature is optional.
Each file generation runs as a job with progress shown. Past files stay in the history, so the same file can be downloaded again without rebuilding it.
Keep incomplete products in draft and check required fields before a file is generated. Products that are not ready stay out of the catalogue file.
Three operating problems this product is built for. Each one is answered by a capability on this page.
Templates are parsed and files are generated from one product source.
Saved field mappings are reused for the next file.
Author once, then generate a file for each marketplace.
Five steps, in the order the work happens.
Upload the marketplace’s Excel template. Listify reads its columns, which are mandatory, and the allowed values.
Connect each marketplace column to a field in your product data. Value lists can be translated, for example your “Cotton” to theirs.
Create styles and generate colour and size variants, or bring them in from a sheet. Incomplete products stay in draft.
Choose products and a marketplace. Listify builds the CSV as a job with progress, and keeps it in history.
Download the file and upload it on the marketplace’s own portal. The marketplace then validates it.
Each role has its own job in the product and a clear gain from it.

Seven situations this product is built for.
Each seasonal upload meant remapping columns. The mapping is saved once, so the next file is generated from the same source.
Rejections came from wording such as colour and fabric names. Value translation maps your list to the marketplace’s.
New templates arrived every few months. Template inspection reads the columns and requirements automatically.
Size runs were typed by hand. Colour × size generation creates the variants with barcodes.
Hundreds of new styles needed descriptions. Optional AI generation drafts them in bulk from attributes, for review.
Nobody remembered which file went where. Each export is a job with a record and a downloadable file.
Upload the template, map the fields once, and the next file is generated from the saved mapping.
