Who can join the partner programme?
Anyone who can introduce businesses that need billing, stock, invoicing or catalogue software. You do not need a company or a technical background.
What do I need to apply?
Only your name, email and phone number. The form has just those three fields.
How does Refer and Earn work?
You introduce a business to QGenx. We run the demo, the pilot and the setup, and you are rewarded as agreed in writing.
How long does approval take?
We reply by email within two business days.
Are reward amounts published?
No. Reward terms are shared in writing before you start, so there are no surprises later.
When do I get rewarded?
The qualifying event and the payout timing are written into your referral terms. Nothing is assumed in advance.
Which products can I refer?
All eight: POS, Stockify, Stylify, Billify, Listify, Assetify, StoreX and Prism. Most partners begin with the product closest to the businesses they know.
Do I have to sell or do any technical work?
No. You make the introduction. Our team handles the demo, the pilot and the setup.
Will you contact the business I refer?
Only with the details you give us, and we respect a request not to be contacted. You are kept informed of progress.
