Qgenx was founded by a team that had spent years building software for Indian businesses — and kept seeing the same pattern. Teams would start with Excel, move to a small accounting package, add a POS system, try a CRM, and end up with five disconnected tools that required manual reconciliation every month. The problem was never a lack of software. The problem was software that treated each department as a separate island.
We built Qgenx differently. Every product is independent — you can use the invoicer without the CRM, and the task manager without the HRM. But they share the same data philosophy, the same design system, and the same practical approach to SMB operations. Start with one workflow. Fix it well. Add the next one when you are ready.
Today, Qgenx serves teams across retail, distribution, services, manufacturing and technology in India. Some use one product. Some use five. All of them started with a single workflow they needed to fix.
